Simone Singh: Dedication and Experience in Northwest Arkansas
We are pleased to welcome Simone Singh to the Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville family as a Commercial Loan and Community Development Officer. Singh, who began her role in August, brings more than 10 years of experience in lending and relationship management to the position.
Singh will be responsible for managing the commercial loan portfolio and developing new business for the bank. She will be based at The Bank of Fayetteville branch at 1 S. Block Ave. in Fayetteville.

Singh’s journey in banking began as a means to fund her film school education but quickly evolved into a fulfilling career. With more than a decade of banking experience, most recently as a commercial banker, she notes that “What started as a practical decision turned into a deep passion for helping entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals. I’m excited to bring this passion to Farmers and Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville.”
With a degree in mass communications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and additional training from the Arkansas Bankers Association Commercial Lending School, Singh brings a unique blend of communication skills and financial expertise to her role. Her approach focuses on partnering with clients to uncover customized financial solutions that drive business growth.
Beyond her professional achievements, Singh is committed to community involvement. She serves as the president of the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas, where she leads the organization in its mission to foster community improvement and develop women leaders. She is also a founding member of CREW Northwest Arkansas. She serves on the Young Leaders committee of the Urban Land Institute’s Northwest Arkansas chapter and is a founding member of CREW Northwest Arkansas.
In her current role, Singh excels in assisting clients with their financing and cash management processes. She prides herself on partnering with entrepreneurs to uncover tailored financial solutions that drive their businesses forward.
