- Overdraft Service: Overdraft service offered to accounts in good standing 60 days after account opening. The Overdraft Fee is $31 per item. Check our Automated Overdraft Disclosure for full details. Payment of overdrafts is discretionary and F&M/BOF reserves the right to withhold payment.
- Mobile Banking: 3rd party message/ data rates may apply. Web access is required to use mobile banking. Check with your mobile phone provider for details on specific fees and charges. The network must allow SSL traffic.
- Gold Checking Account Eligibility: Primary account owner must be age fifty-five or older to qualify to open an account.
- 360 Checking Monthly Fee Credit Criteria: A monthly service fee of $8.00 is applied to 360 checking accounts. The fee can be waived or lessened if meet the following criteria: $5 credit for eStatement enrollment, $2 credit for 15 settled debit card transactions per statement cycle, $1 credit for ACH credit or debit per statement cycle. Full waiver of fee if maintain a daily balance of $20,000+.
- Freedom Checking Account Eligibility: Primary account owners must be an active, honorably or medically discharged, retired or veteran United States Military Service member, EMS, EMT, Police, Fire, Paramedic, or 911 Responder, and provide proof of service through a military or veteran identification card or other documentation to qualify to open an account.*
- Value Added Benefits: Benefits are available to personal checking account owner(s), and their joint account owners subject to the terms and conditions for the applicable Benefits. Benefits are available to non-publicly traded businesses and their business owner(s) listed on the account but are not available to employees or authorized signers who are not owners. Benefits are not available to a “signer” on the account who is not an account owner or to clubs, organizations and/or churches and their members, schools and their employees/students. For revocable grantor trusts, Benefits are available only when a grantor is serving as a trustee and covers the grantor trustee(s). For all other fiduciary accounts, Benefits are available to the beneficiary, who must be the primary member (Fiduciary is not covered). Credit Score is a VantageScore 3.0 based on single bureau data. Third parties may use a different VantageScore or a different type of credit score to assess your creditworthiness. Once you have activated credit file monitoring, you may request your credit score. Once you have done so, you will have access to your score on a monthly basis.
