Tracey Adams is a Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager for the Mountain Home market. Adams has experience building commercial relationships and looks forward to working with strategic partners to support businesses in the North Central Arkansas region.

Sally Gilbert, long-time Mountain Home resident and banking veteran, serves as the Community President for Mountain Home and surrounding communities.

Kelly Haney is a Mortgage Loan Officer based at our Mountain Home Main branch.

A Mountain Home native, Haney brings a strong commitment to building relationships and serving the community she calls home. She specializes in guiding homebuyers and homeowners through every step of the mortgage process, providing personal attention and local expertise to ensure a seamless financing experience for her clients.

In addition to her work at the bank, Haney serves on the worship team at Real Life Church and volunteers with the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and hiking throughout The Natural State.

Brent Morgan is the Regional President for Central Arkansas, supporting operations across Stuttgart, Little Rock, and the surrounding markets.

A native of Little Rock and a graduate of Catholic High School, Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking and an MBA from the University of Arkansas. He also graduated magna cum laude from the Barret School of Banking in Memphis. Morgan brings over 25 years of banking experience to his role, specializing in commercial lending, credit, and business development across Arkansas.

Deeply involved in civic leadership, Morgan has served 10 years on the Finance Committee of the Ronald McDonald House of Central Arkansas, sits on the advisory board for the Baptist Health Foundation, and completed a four-year term on the Arkansas State Board of Finance. Along with his wife, Melissa, he co-chaired the 2026 Central Arkansas Heart Ball for the American Heart Association and is a member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. In his spare time, Morgan enjoys playing golf, traveling, attending Razorbacks games, and supporting his son’s sports activities.

Shawna Rosson brings 27 years of financial industry experience to her role as Associate Commercial Lender for consumer and commercial lending in our North Central Arkansas market.  

Billy Thompson is a Senior Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager in our North Central Arkansas market

A native of Paragould, Arkansas, Ballard brings 13 years of banking experience to our team, including 11 years specializing in mortgage lending. She is dedicated to guiding home buyers step-by-step through the financing process with personalized care and expertise.

In addition to her work at the bank, Ballard serves the local community as a member of Junior Auxiliary in Jonesboro and is an active member of Walnut Street Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Randy Bearce serves as the Community President for the Jonesboro community, focusing on consumer and commercial relationships within the communities of Northeast Arkansas.

Shelley Jackson is an Associate Commercial Lender based at our Jonesboro branch. Originally from Elaine, Arkansas, and currently residing in Manila, Jackson brings 20 years of banking experience to our team, with 10 years dedicated specifically to lending. Her background includes serving as a trust assistant and teller, providing her with a well-rounded foundation in relationship banking. In addition to her work at the bank, Jackson serves the local community as a United Way Loaned Executive. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her boys play sports, and cheering on the Razorbacks.

Sarah Brooks is an Associate Commercial Lender based at our Farmington branch. A native of Springdale, Arkansas, Brooks earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arkansas and is a lifelong Razorbacks fan. She brings four and a half years of experience in the lending department, backed by a strong professional background in retail management, operations, and customer service. In her spare time, Brooks enjoys traveling with her husband, hiking, and taking walks with her dog, Maggie.

Amanda Dailey is an Associate Commercial Lender based at our Fayetteville Main branch. A native of Hollywood, Florida, Dailey brings six years of valuable banking experience to our team. She is dedicated to delivering a smooth, customer-focused experience for every client she serves. In her spare time, Dailey enjoys reading and camping.

Dana Hutcheson is a Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager at The Bank of Fayetteville in our Northwest Arkansas market. Located at our Crossover location, Hutcheson is happy to assist consumer, commercial and agricultural lending customers and believes in building client relationships rooted in trust.  

Luke Mitchell is a commercial lender – relationship manager based in Bentonville. With both working experience and dual degrees in finance and agribusiness, he brings both financial acumen and real-world business insight to his role at the Bentonville branch.

Phil is a Sherwood, Arkansas native but has called Fayetteville home for the last 25 years. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.

Originally from Poteau, Oklahoma, Ward earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from John Brown University and an MBA from Webster University. He brings nearly 30 years of banking experience to the team, focusing on relationship banking, community leadership, and business development.

Ward has a long history of community involvement, having served 15 years on the Board of Directors of First National Bank in Poteau, as President of the Poteau Chamber of Commerce, on the City Planning Commission, and as a Trustee for Carl Albert State College. In his spare time, Ward enjoys golfing, hunting, boating, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors.

Casey Baker is an Associate Commercial Lender based at our Des Arc branch. A native of Des Arc, Arkansas, Baker boasts an impressive 32-year career in banking, including 22 years dedicated to lending. She spent 21 years as a loan assistant prior to serving as a loan officer, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the lending process. In addition to her work at the bank, Baker serves her local community as an active member of the Lions Club. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, working in her yard, cheering on the Razorbacks in all sports, and spending time with her family.

Carmen Doepel is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Farmers & Merchants Bank. She believes owning your own home is a major accomplishment and is honored to be a small part of someone else’s story. She began her banking career in 2008 as a teller and knew that with a strong work ethic, this was a career she could sink her roots into and grow.

He earned a degree in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and brings nine years of banking experience across accounting and lending, with a focus on delivering lending solutions tailored to local agricultural operations.In addition to his work at the bank, Lawson is active in the community coaching peewee football, basketball, and baseball, and serving on local youth sports boards. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, spending days at the lake and beach, and spending time with his wife, Karmen, and their three sons, Beckett, Henry, and Miles.

Whitney Meadors serves the Southeast Arkansas market as a Branch Manager Loan Officer and specializes in consumer and commercial lending.  

Tabatha Rodgers serves the Southeast Arkansas market as a Mortgage Loan Officer specializing in consumer real estate.
