Shawna Rosson brings nearly 30 years of financial industry experience to her role as Associate Commercial Lender for consumer and commercial lending in our North Central Arkansas market.  

Since starting with Farmers and Merchants Bank and Integrity First in 1995, Rosson has worked as a Retail Banker, bookkeeper, branch manager, and loan assistant, along with business development and marketing.
