Randy Bearce serves as the Community President for the Jonesboro community, focusing on consumer and commercial relationships within the communities of Northeast Arkansas.

Marlin Boyle serves as the Community President in our Western market serving the Morrilton, Perryville and neighboring communities. Boyle focuses on strengthening commercial and consumer relationships.

Kirk Vansandt is a longtime employee of Farmers & Merchants Bank. He currently serves as the Chief Agriculture Lending Officer for the organization as well as our Market President in the DeWitt area. 

Donna Parchman is a Vice President of Lending in our Southeast Arkansas market, focused on agriculture, consumer, commercial and commercial real estate loans.
