Sandy Felty brings 26 years of financial industry experience to her role as Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer for consumer and commercial lending in our Southeast Arkansas market.  

Roberta French is a lender in our Pocahontas market, focusing on consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans.  

Randy Bearce serves as the Market President for the Jonesboro community, focusing on consumer and commercial relationships within the communities of Northeast Arkansas.

As Market President, Micheal Dickson is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations along with managing commercial, consumer and agricultural lending in the Pocahontas area. Dickson specializes in helping agricultural lending clients.  

Marlin Boyle serves as the Community President in our Western market serving the Morrilton, Perryville and neighboring communities. Boyle focuses on strengthening commercial and consumer relationships.

Kyle Pattillo is a Community President for Farmers and Merchants Bank in our Bentonville/Northwest Arkansas market, assisting commercial, consumer, and agricultural lending customers. With more than 20 years of experience in the Northwest Arkansas real estate market as a lender, broker, and appraiser, Pattillo specializes in commercial development and construction.
