Celebrating 80 Years

Thank You for Celebrating With Us

Since 1945, we’ve been more than just a bank—we’ve been deeply rooted in communities across Arkansas, growing alongside the families and businesses we serve. In 2025, we will hold many celebratory events across our great state, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Focusing on Appreciation for Our Communities

We started our bank in Stuttgart, Arkansas, 80 years ago to ensure working folks could borrow money to run their farms, fund their businesses, and build their families’ futures. We wanted a safe place where our neighbors could deposit their money and earn a fair interest rate.

80 years of trust, growth, and partnership with our communities have made us who we are today, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

Historical Milestones

Stuttgart Main Ribbon Cutting

As we celebrate our 80th anniversary this year, we are looking back at some fond and fun memories! The ribbon-cutting ceremony for our current headquarters happened on July 15, 1980. Turning 80 feels pretty great!

Proud of Our Past and Passionate About Our Future

From introducing Arkansas County’s first on-premise bank computer center in 1967 to our present-day efforts in bringing cutting-edge technologies, we’ve been blending innovation with that same cozy feel of hometown banking for 80 years!
