Farmers & Merchants Bank Welcomes Chuck Robertson as Business Solutions Sales Officer

Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville are pleased to introduce Chuck Robertson as Business Solutions Sales Officer, supporting clients throughout Benton and Washington counties from the bank’s main office in downtown Fayetteville.

With more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership, financial services and operational strategy, Robertson brings a strong track record of helping businesses grow. In his new role, he will collaborate with business owners and executives to deliver tailored financial tools that support efficiency, growth and long-term success.

“I am excited to join The Bank of Fayetteville and build meaningful relationships with local businesses,” Robertson said. “I especially look forward to helping them find the right financial tools to support growth and long-term success.”

Robertson previously led market sales and operations for a multi-location region at Lowe’s, where he managed high-performing teams and drove measurable gains in sales, customer satisfaction and efficiency. Most recently, he provided strategic consulting services to business clients across Northwest Arkansas, delivering customized growth strategies and optimizing internal processes.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Robertson studied finance and economics and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification. He is also an active community volunteer, coaching youth sports and supporting local education and conservation efforts.

Robertson and his wife, Eileen, have lived in Fayetteville for more than 24 years. Together with their three children, they stay involved in local schools, youth sports and outdoor adventures across Northwest Arkansas.
