Farmers & Merchants Bank Welcomes Lee Ann Hoskyn as Marketing Director, VP

When Lee Ann Hoskyn was a college intern in Washington, D.C., she introduced herself to U.S. Sen. Dale Bumpers and proudly told him she was from Wabbaseka, Arkansas. He smiled and replied, “Young lady, everyone that is ANYONE knows where Wabbaseka is.”

Lee Ann has carried that pride for her hometown and the entire Arkansas Delta into everything she does. And in July, Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville welcomed her as its new Marketing Director and Vice President of Marketing.

A lifelong advocate for southeast Arkansas, Lee Ann brings more than 15 years of experience across workforce development, higher education, nonprofits and public relations.

Most recently, she led east Arkansas operations for Express Employment Professionals, where she strengthened regional partnerships and helped local businesses grow through targeted marketing and strategic outreach. Before that, she served as director of community outreach for the University of Arkansas-Phillips Community College in Stuttgart. There, she oversaw fundraising, donor relations, scholarships, event planning and community engagement; all while helping expand educational opportunities across the region.

“Joining Farmers & Merchants Bank feels like coming home to the values and communities that shaped me,” Lee Ann said. “I am honored to support an institution so deeply rooted in service, and I look forward to elevating the stories, people and places that make Arkansas special.”

In addition to her professional work, Lee Ann is deeply involved in her community. She serves on the Southeast Arkansas Development District Workforce Development Board, the Baptist Health Stuttgart Advisory Board and the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce Executive Board. She is also active with the Rotary Club of Stuttgart and has contributed to numerous civic and economic development initiatives, including the 2023 Community for Stuttgart Millage campaign and the Stuttgart Chamber Pocket Park project.

A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in public relations, Lee Ann has also completed several leadership development programs, including Leadership Arkansas County, the Arkansas Community Colleges Leadership Institute and the Arkansas Delta Women’s Leadership Academy.

Lee Ann lives in Stuttgart with her husband, Stuart, and their daughter, Mary Tate, continuing the deep ties to the place she has always called home.
