Farmers & Merchants Bank Welcomes Miranda Gauthier as Senior Commercial Loan Officer

Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville are proud to welcome Miranda Gauthier as the new Senior Commercial Loan Officer at Farmers and Merchants Bank in Springdale.
A Fayetteville native and longtime Springdale resident, Gauthier has held leadership roles across nearly every area of lending. She most recently served as Market President at Today’s Bank and previously held positions at United Bank and Centennial Bank. Her experience spans loan operations, consumer and commercial lending and team management.
In addition to her professional background, Gauthier has been actively involved in civic and volunteer efforts. She has served as an ambassador for the Springdale Chamber of Commerce for several years and has volunteered with CASA – Court Appointed Special Advocates for children in foster care – since 2016. She is also a graduate of Leadership Springdale Class XXVI.
“Joining a community-focused bank like Farmers and Merchants feels like a natural fit,” Gauthier said. “This is where I live, work and raise my family, and I’m proud to continue supporting the growth and success of local businesses in the region.”
Raised on a farm in Fayetteville, Gauthier credits her early experiences with shaping a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for community. Today, she and her husband co-own Impact CFA, a youth sports company that trains student-athletes and provides uniforms to independent teams and schools across several states.
The couple recently celebrated their 10-year anniversary with a family trip to Tulum, Mexico. Outside of work, Gauthier enjoys spending time with her blended family of five children and exploring the outdoors throughout Northwest Arkansas.
Gauthier’s depth of experience and strong community ties make her a valuable asset to the Farmers & Merchants Bank commercial lending team in Springdale.
