Director of Credit Quality and Underwriting

Kyle Pattillo serves as our Director of Credit Quality and Underwriting. With more than 20 years of experience in the Northwest Arkansas real estate market as a lender, broker, and appraiser, Pattillo specializes in commercial development and construction.  

A native of Stuttgart, Pattillo earned a Bachelor’s in Finance and Insurance with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Arkansas. He is an alumnus of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking from Southern Methodist University and is certified in advanced commercial lending from the American Banking Association. Pattillo has eight years of lending experience with The Bank of Fayetteville. 

In addition to his work at the bank, Pattillo serves the Fayetteville community as a Rotarian and member of the NWA Board of Realtors. He is a past Chairman of the Board for CASA of Northwest Arkansas and the Arkansas Regional MLS Committee.
