Dickson is a graduate of Arkansas State University and the Barret Graduate School of Banking. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Dickson has worked as an examiner, compliance officer and lender before taking on the role of local market president.  

In addition to position role at Farmers and Merchants Bank, Dickson is an entrepreneur and small business owner. In his free time, Micheal enjoys playing golf and watching Razorback sports.
