Phil Phillips

Phil is a Sherwood, Arkansas native but has called Fayetteville home for the last 25 years. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.

Phil has been in the banking industry for over 20 years, with a focus on lending and business development. He began his career at The Bank of Fayetteville in 2021 as a mortgage loan assistant before his current role as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Phil currently lives in Fayetteville and loves spending time with his 2 daughters Macy and Myla. He loves to cook, hike, call the Hogs, and enjoy nature every chance he gets.
