A lifelong Arkansan, Carter grew up in White Hall and graduated from White Hall High School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Arkansas and a law degree from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law. She is also in the process of completing the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
While Carter has held various positions on community boards and volunteer groups in the past, she has recently chosen to focus on her family and personal commitments. Her passion for supporting her community remains strong, and she looks forward to continuing to make an impact through her work at the bank.
