Luke Mitchell is a commercial loan officer based in Bentonville. With both working experience and dual degrees in finance and agribusiness, he brings both financial acumen and real-world business insight to his role at the Bentonville branch. 

Tracy Nelson is an Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer at The Bank of Fayetteville in our Northwest Arkansas market. She assists clients on agricultural, commercial, and consumer loans.  

Phil is a Sherwood, Arkansas native but has called Fayetteville home for the last 25 years. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management.
