Matt Mason is the Market President for our Northwest Arkansas Market, focusing on commercial, consumer and agricultural loans.

Tracy Nelson is an Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer at The Bank of Fayetteville in our Northwest Arkansas market. She assists clients on agricultural, commercial, and consumer loans.  

Phil is a Sherwood, Arkansas native but has called Fayetteville home for the last 25 years. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management. 

Kyle Pattillo is a Community President for Farmers and Merchants Bank in our Bentonville/Northwest Arkansas market, assisting commercial, consumer, and agricultural lending customers. With more than 20 years of experience in the Northwest Arkansas real estate market as a lender, broker, and appraiser, Pattillo specializes in commercial development and construction.  

Kathy Quinn serves the Northwest Arkansas market areas as a Consumer Lender III, specializing in consumer real estate and consumer lending.

Jenny is a Northwest Arkansas native and graduate of Greenland High School. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Arkansas Tech University.
