Luke Mitchell is a commercial lender - relationship manager based in Bentonville. With both working experience and dual degrees in finance and agribusiness, he brings both financial acumen and real-world business insight to his role at the Bentonville branch. 

Tracy Nelson is an Commercial Lender - Relationship Manager at The Bank of Fayetteville in our Northwest Arkansas market. She assists clients on agricultural, commercial, and consumer loans.  

Phil is a Sherwood, Arkansas native but has called Fayetteville home for the last 25 years. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management.
