Region: Southeast Arkansas

Kirk Vansandt is a longtime employee of Farmers & Merchants Bank. He currently serves as the Chief Agriculture Lending Officer for the organization as well as our Market President in the DeWitt area. 

Jon Jackson is the Community President in our Southeast Arkansas market.  

Donna Parchman is a Vice President of Lending in our Southeast Arkansas market, focused on agriculture, consumer, commercial and commercial real estate loans.  

DJ Horton is a loan officer in our Southeast Arkansas market focused on consumer, commercial and agricultural lending.  

Carmen Doepel is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Farmers & Merchants Bank. She believes owning your own home is a major accomplishment and is honored to be a small part of someone else's story. She began her banking career in 2008 as a teller and knew that with a strong work ethic, this was a career she could sink her roots into and grow.

Brett Helms is a Vice President of Lending in our Southeast Arkansas market, specializing in agricultural, commercial and consumer loans.
