Farmers & Merchants Bank Welcomes Ethan Adams as Agri Business Development Manager

Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville are pleased to welcome Ethan Adams as the new Agri Business Development Manager at Farmers and Merchants Bank in Jonesboro.
With extensive experience in agricultural finance and a deep understanding of the financial needs of farmers and agribusiness, Adams is well-positioned to help local producers thrive.
A Forrest City native, Adams brings a strong background in agricultural banking, having most recently served as Vice President-Relationship Manager at Rabo AgriFinance. In that role, he managed a loan portfolio while developing new banking relationships across Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Kentucky.
Adams also has experience as an AVP-Financial Analyst at Rabo AgriFinance, where he specialized in credit analysis and underwriting, and as a Lending Officer at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services, where he built a strong portfolio and contributed to operational improvements.
“I’m excited to join Farmers & Merchants Bank and look forward to fostering strong financial partnerships with agricultural producers in Northeast Arkansas,” Adams said. “Agriculture is the top industry in the state, and I’m eager to contribute to the success of our local farmers and agribusinesses.”
Adams holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arkansas State University, where he studied corporate financial management, business analytics and economic trends – knowledge that directly supports his work in agricultural lending.
