F&M Gains a Trusted Resource in Renà Escue
We are honored to announce the addition of Renà Escue to our Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville family.
A 31-year veteran of wealth management and trust services, Escue has expertise in the management and operations of investment agency accounts, IRAs, tax-qualified plans, trusts, and estates. She has been in banking for more than 38 years.
“We are thrilled to welcome Renà Escue to our team,” said Brad Chambless, CEO of Farmers and Merchants Bank. “Her extensive experience and deep understanding of wealth management and trust services will be invaluable as we continue to grow and serve our clients’ evolving needs.”
A Jonesboro native, Escue will work at the bank’s office at 400 E. Highland Drive, as well as serving the North Central Arkansas area at the Mountain Home office located at 502 S. Hickory Street.
“I am excited to join Farmers and Merchants Bank and contribute to its strong legacy of customer-focused banking,” Escue said. “I look forward to leveraging my experience to help our clients achieve their financial goals and secure their futures.”
Escue began her banking career in 1986, while at the same time attending Arkansas State University and majoring in computer information systems. She later worked as an assistant branch manager, and eventually as a retirement plan specialist in their Trust Department. Escue continued her work as a retirement plan specialist in recordkeeping and compliance with another financial institution, where she later transitioned to personal trust and retirement plan administration as a trust officer and wealth management strategist.
Escue has earned numerous banking and trust certifications for trust administration, operations, software, and benefit analysis and allocation. Escue is currently working toward completion of a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation.
Escue has been active in the Northeast Arkansas community, having volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, the United Way, NEA Food Bank and ARISE2Read, a faith-based nonprofit that brings schools and churches together to strengthen literacy in the second grade. A former children’s Sunday school teacher, she served as secretary and then president of the Band Boosters at Valley View Schools from 2014-2016.
