The Bank of Fayetteville Welcomes Kirby Jett As New Community Development Officer

Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville are pleased to announce the hiring of Kirby Jett as Vice President, Community Development Officer II. Jett is based at The Bank of Fayetteville’s main office on the Fayetteville Square.
Jett is a seasoned banking professional with more than 15 years of experience in business development and community engagement. Most recently, she served as VP Business Development Officer at Signature Bank of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Before that, she also held similar roles at United Federal Credit Union, Truity Credit Union, Integrity First Bank, and Liberty/Centennial Bank.
“I’m excited to join an institution that truly values the communities it serves,” Jett said. “It’s an honor to represent Farmers and Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville, and I look forward to working with our partners and neighbors to make a positive impact across the region.”
Jett is well known for her community involvement. She serves on the Fayetteville Firefighters Foundation Board and the Chi Omega Advisory Board. She also previously held leadership roles with the Children’s Safety Center’s Dream Big Charity Gala and the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, among other regional organizations. Her efforts have earned her accolades, including the Children’s Safety Center’s Sidekick Award (2023), Arkansas Money & Politics’ Power Women (2022), and a place on the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list (2018).
In April, Jett was recognized with the Superintendent’s Honor Roll Award by Fayetteville Public Schools for her ongoing support of public education.
Jett holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from the University of Arkansas and has completed professional development training with the Arkansas Bankers Association and the Credit Union National Association.
