Sally Gilbert, long-time Mountain Home resident and banking veteran, serves as the Community President for Mountain Home and surrounding communities.

Shawna Rosson brings 27 years of financial industry experience to her role as Associate Commercial Lender for consumer and commercial lending in our North Central Arkansas market.  

Billy Thompson is a Senior Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager in our North Central Arkansas market

Ethan Adams serves as an Agri Business Development Manager in our Northeast Arkansas market. His focus is centered on supporting local farmers and agribusinesses.

Randy Bearce serves as the Community President for the Jonesboro community, focusing on consumer and commercial relationships within the communities of Northeast Arkansas.

Roberta French is a Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager in our Pocahontas market, focusing on consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans.  

Bobby Sorg is the Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager in our Pocahontas market, focusing on consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans. 

Dana Hutcheson is a Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager at The Bank of Fayetteville in our Northwest Arkansas market. Located at our Crossover location, Hutcheson is happy to assist consumer, commercial and agricultural lending customers and believes in building client relationships rooted in trust.  

Luke Mitchell is a commercial lender – relationship manager based in Bentonville. With both working experience and dual degrees in finance and agribusiness, he brings both financial acumen and real-world business insight to his role at the Bentonville branch. 

Tracy Nelson is an Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager at The Bank of Fayetteville in our Northwest Arkansas market. She assists clients on agricultural, commercial, and consumer loans.  

Phil is a Sherwood, Arkansas native but has called Fayetteville home for the last 25 years. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. 

Darien Wells is a Senior Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager at The Bank of Fayetteville in our Northwest Arkansas market, assisting consumer, commercial and agricultural lending customers.

Todd Barnes is a Commercial Lender – Relationship Manager in our Southeast Arkansas market, focusing on commercial, consumer and agricultural loans.  

Tyler Cox is the Community President for Prairie County in our Southeast Arkansas market, focusing on commercial, consumer and agricultural loans.  

Carmen Doepel is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Farmers & Merchants Bank. She believes owning your own home is a major accomplishment and is honored to be a small part of someone else’s story. She began her banking career in 2008 as a teller and knew that with a strong work ethic, this was a career she could sink her roots into and grow.

Tabatha Rodgers serves the Southeast Arkansas market as a Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer specializing in consumer real estate. 

Kirk Vansandt is a longtime employee of Farmers & Merchants Bank. He currently serves as the Chief Agriculture Lending Officer for the organization as well as our Market President in the DeWitt area. 

Marlin Boyle serves as the Community President in our Western market serving the Morrilton, Perryville and neighboring communities. Boyle focuses on strengthening commercial and consumer relationships.

Miller has previously served as a teller, retail banker, loan assistant and real estate advisor before being promoted to the role of consumer loan officer in April 2022.
